Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Global Wayfarer Tour for your travel adventures. We strive to provide excellent service to all our customers. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making any reservations.

Refund Policy:
  1. Cancellation by Customer:

    • Cancellations made 30 days before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made between 15 days before the scheduled departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled departure date are non-refundable.
  2. Cancellation by Global Wayfarer Tour:

    • In the rare event that Global Wayfarer Tour must cancel a tour, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Return Policy:
  1. Unsatisfactory Tour Experience:

    • If you are not satisfied with your tour experience, please contact us within 2 days of the tour completion date to discuss your concerns.
    • Refunds for unsatisfactory experiences will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  2. Missed Tours or Activities:

    • Global Wayfarer Tour is not responsible for missed tours or activities due to late arrival, no-show, or any other reason on the customer’s part.
    • Refunds will not be issued for missed tours or activities.
Booking Modifications:
  1. Date Changes:

    • Customers may request a one-time date change for their tour, subject to availability.
    • Date change requests must be made at least 15 days before the original scheduled departure date.
  2. Name Changes:

    • Name changes to the reservation are allowed up to 15 days and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund or make modifications to your booking, please contact our customer service team at info@globalwayfarertour.com  or call 011-41755510. Provide your booking details and a brief explanation for your request.

Important Notes:
  • All refund requests are processed within 10-15 business days from the date of receipt.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Global Wayfarer Tour reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
